How To Turn Off Auto Names In Quickbooks Online For Mac

QuickBooks Online Backup and its associated websites have security measures in place to protect the access, loss, misuse and alteration of the data and personally identifiable information under its control. QuickBooks has many automated features, including renaming rules that change the names of banking transactions you download to a similar existing entry if no exact previous entry is present. While this feature can help you run your business more efficiently, it can also cause problems if QuickBooks renames payees incorrectly. Switch to Register Mode to stop the software from automatically creating any more renaming rules.
